About Egle
Eglė Karlonaitė, born in 1991, is a Lithuanian-based abstract painter whose paintings are collected in private and public properties in 18 countries. Eglė began painting in early childhood. She attended art school in Kaunas and later went for bachelor's degree in hotel management in Cyprus. Eglė returned to an active creative path in 2017 and have been working intensively with interior designers, decorators and architects in Lithuania, Italy and Estonia. Her works have been exhibited in Switzerland, France and The United States. Artist explores an earthy palette through intense contrasts and quick brushstrokes. The most common themes and inspiration come from a sense of freedom, nature exploration and personal experiences while traveling.
